Danville Pediatrics Medical Group is pleased to announce our new partnership with UK HealthCare Kentucky Children’s Hospital for after-hours health questions or concerns from our patients. Staffed by experienced pediatric registered nurses using recognized pediatric triage protocols, this service is available for our patients any time our office is closed.
The current hours of this pediatric triage service are:
Monday – Friday 9:00pm – 7:30am
Saturday 5:00pm – 1:30pm Sunday
Sunday 5:00pm – 7:30am Monday
Holidays (when our office is closed): 24 hours
To access this service, please call the main office number 859-236-1080 and listen for the prompt to dial “1” which will connect you directly to the UK Pediatric Triage After-Hours service.
Please note that the triage nurses will NOT have access to your child’s chart. They will not be able to answer questions regarding a specific visit in our office, nor will they be able to look up your child’s appointments, labs or medications. Additionally, this service is NOT to be used for medication refills for your child.
